CODIIS was formed in 2016 for bringing DIISTM “Digital Institution Infrastructure System” to the market place. DIISTM was originally built by a research group focused on providing pressing solutions in the field of education.

In 2013, A team of engineers built an application model through Computer-Telephony integration using the WWW as a digital infrastructure to bridge the gap between educator’s and learners, which through lab tests gave way to a robust platform DIISTM - Digital Institution Infrastructure System.
